<Insert Caper Here>

Real Name: Ron
E-Mail: Just log into PixieMUD and ask him.

Caper has been playing PixieMUD since 1990.
Caper has been a Wizard on PixieMUD since 1990.

Guilds Caper has belonged to:
Druid

He heard about PixieMUD from:
A Friend.

Caper's Personal Profile:
I've been involved with muds since my early graduate school days.
My first Mud was Islandia, a mush. I then moved on to the
LP world with Lusty-Mud and Shadow-World. When Shadow-world
went under in the summer of 1990, I followed many folks
over to Pixie's new mud... looking for a chance to finally
beat BobtheElf at grid wars. I don't think I ever did.
I tell you, I don't know how that Elf could move so fast!

In real life, I'm married to Jan (Hamster on PixieMud). We
live in beautiful Cape Breton where I work for the Canadian
Coast Guard maintaining and administering critical computer
systems used in Search and Rescue. Hobbies include history,
politics, stain glass, RPGs, gardening, and of course,
mudding.

Things Caper has Coded:
The area I first created was a virtual version of my home,
Cape Breton Island. I tried to capture the culture,
geography and politics of the island at that time (1991).
Part of that work is still accessible as 1812 in the Time
machine. The more politicized (and 'modern') portion of the
realm is not currently accessible to players. One of these
days I shall complete the Faerie quest in that area.

Since rising in the ranks, I've been more involved with
keeping the mudlib running.

Recent non-mudlib projects include the geography project
of which the changes to the central town, Pixiton, are
a small part. The big goal of the project is to create
an interesting and consistent realm on a much larger
scale than the current PixieMud realm.

Caper's special PixieMUD or Pixie People moment:
Easily the most special moemnt for me is when I met a young
lady who had some questions about the Grid War game. A few
years later that lady become my wife in real life. :-)

Hey Caper, What's in store for PixieMUD?
In the long run, I'd like to see PixieMud become more
dynamic with players helping to shape the direction the
game goes, be it through interaction between guilds or
other player associations, or through individual player
interaction with the mud realm.

Regardless of where we take Pixiemud, I hope it remains a
friendly and fun place for players and wizards alike.
